What We Do

We are able to meet the dispute resolution needs of businesses and community organizations in a number of ways.

For our general conflict management service, we can provide workplace conflict management on location or at an alternative location. The idea here is to be as accommodating to the needs of the people involved in the conflict to provide effective an dispute resolution service. We find flexibility with location is necessary since, in some cases, adverse behaviours may be a direct cause of the specific workplace environment.
